Service Descaling Systems

In order for your water softener to be able to give you the best performance possible, it is important that servicing is carried out on a regular basis.

We recommend that you have your descaling system serviced on an annual basis.

Silver resin is responsible for the continuous disinfection of your boiler, but is used up over time; therefore, it must be refilled during servicing. Our service technician will also disinfect the resin bed, clean the salt container, as well as check all hoses and materials for cracks and will replace these if necessary. The water hardness is once again checked and the control head is optimised.
